If you want to create a high-converting sales funnel and are wondering what tools to use, then you’ll love this guide.
A sales funnel has several different components and you’ll need a variety of tools to build one. At the very least, you’ll need the ability to collect leads, send follow-up emails, and process payments.
In this guide, I am going to discuss the popular categories of sales funnel software that people use and will share some of the best options available in each category.
I’ve personally used and tested with clients all the 25 tools included in this guide and I’m sure it will help you pick the best sales funnel software for you.
Let’s get started.
All-In-One Sales Funnel Software
The platforms in the all-in-one category are supposed to provide you all the tools you need to create a sales funnel, including the ability to build landing pages and checkout pages, email marketing automation, affiliate marketing, etc. in one place.
The advantage of using an all-in-one platform is that you don’t need to patch together or learn to use several different solutions which makes it ideal for an average non-techie business owner.
1. Kajabi
Kajabi is an all-in-one platform that provides you all the tools you’ll need in order to build and run a digital products business.
It is geared primarily towards course creators, membership site owners and online coaches and so, it offers the best-in-class features for membership/course creation.
However, Kajabi includes pretty powerful sales and marketing tools as well. It lets you build a blog, create landing pages, do email marketing, build checkout pages as well as launch your affiliate program.
Moreover, it has a visual sales pipeline builder that makes the process of creating marketing funnels pretty easy, especially for those who have little or no marketing knowledge.
So, if you’re an online creator who is looking for a platform to not just handle your sales & marketing but also take care of hosting your courses/memberships, you should check out Kajabi.

In addition, Kartra has a lot of other useful sales and marketing features like affiliate marketing, video marketing, scheduling tool, etc.
Now, Kartra also includes a membership site builder but it lacks some essential features and the user experience isn’t so good. So, I don’t recommend you use Kartra to host your courses/membership site.

Now, Clickfunnels even has in-built marketing automation and affiliate marketing tools, but frankly, they suffer drastically with ease of use and functionality, which is why I don’t recommend you use these features.
You also have a membership site builder in ClickFunnels but it is really basic and I don’t recommend using it.
Having said that, if you’re looking for a platform to build sales funnels to generate leads or drive sales, ClickFunnels will work well for you.

You can also create basic automation rules to add/remove tags, unsubscribe from a sequence or add to a new one.
But that’s pretty much it. There is no visual automation builder and it’s not possible to create more complex automation workflows.

Checkout platforms are specialized tools that let you create high-converting checkout pages, sell your products and services as well as manage your affiliate program.

What’s more, it automatically syncs the countdowns in different places to the respective deadlines, so wherever your customer goes, they’ll see the same deadline.
